Before you ask
Can I cancel?
Most experiences are free to cancel up to 24 hours before they start. The exact terms are on each tour page, and they are the operator terms: we do not add our own.
Do I pay here?
No. Booking and payment happen on the operator checkout, which is where your card details go. We never see them.
Where do we meet?
Each experience says whether there is hotel pickup or a meeting point, and you get the address in your confirmation email.
