“They were able to be ready at 5:40 am and it took them 40 minutes to pick us up, we had to wait 20 minutes for another couple at another point… upon arriving at the point where we would take a boat to the island, we waited another hour and 15 minutes for another group .. in Sanoa the food and drinks were finished quickly and we were only there for an hour and a half... on the way back the van was very cold and they never turned off the air conditioning no matter how many times we asked, the time to enjoy the island is very little ..they should make their times more efficient..”
