Traveler reviews
“I was a bit disappointed that our driver arrived approximately 35–40 minutes late for the scheduled pick-up, reportedly due to traffic. Our confirmed time was 12:00 PM, so better contingency planning would have been appreciated. Fortunately, the pick-up was scheduled three hours ahead of our flight, which provided a buffer for airport check-in. On a positive note, the SUV was excellent—exactly what I would expect for an elite service—and the driver was courteous and professional. However, improved time management would help ensure that paying customers are not inconvenienced.”
“The driver was right on time very polite. I would recommend for any traveling to use a private driver option”
