“No one was there at the airport to pick us up. We waited for an hour and then we caught a taxi. I tried to call the number that was provided for the driver. I also tried calling the company and I was hung up on. All I would like is my $60 refunded to my American Express card. Connie Jepsen”

“We had our scheduled pick up at the airport which we saw the guy holding the sign and checked in with him. There was another name on his sign si he asked us to wait 15 minutes for the other people. After 15-20 minutes the other person finally appeared and i heard him tell the transport guy he wanted to go by himself. The transport guy told us to wait a few minutes and walked away with the other guy. After another 20 minutes of waiting and the transport guy nowhere to be seen we called the # and spoke to the driver told him we were waiting. Finally the guy came back by himself and said that “our driver had changed” ad we had to wait for a new one. This was total lie and just a side hustle on his part he just sent the other party by themselves on the taxi and left us behind and ordered us a new driver. This was totally unprofessional. Didn’t even give us a refund. We took a taxi instead”

“I have been using Viator for many yrs. I've never had any issues with the service. But at my arrival a representative greeted us, but explained the driver was not there yet. We waited a 1/2 hr. I called the driver he seemed 1/2 way asleep.and said to wait with the rep.for him to arrive. 20 minutes later the rep. stated driver had an issue, 15 minutes later he said driver couldn't make it so for us to take a cab. By this time it was 3:15 am we were exhausted and the taxi charged $40 US. After we had already paid for the fair. ”
